From a painter who made his fine arts on a canvas, Uncle Thin choses to color our PHO as his MASTERPIECE.

Founded in Hanoi, Vietnam in the late 1970s, Phở Thìn began as a humble family shop and grew into an iconic name known by pho lovers around the world.

That journey continued when Vicky Nguyen brought the authentic taste of Hanoi-style beef noodles, Phở Thìn to the United States, opening the first American location in Westminster, California. With deep respect for the original recipe and the spirit of Uncle Thìn’s craft, she helped carry this beloved Hanoi tradition across the ocean.

Today, we are honored to continue that story. Every bowl we serve is a tribute to family, heritage, and the timeless flavors that connect Hanoi to our table.
